Cancellation Policy

By booking an online consultation with Luxury Hope Wear, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms: 1. Payment is required at the time of booking. Your consultation appointment is not confirmed until full payment has been received. 2. Consultation fees are non-refundable. Because consultation appointments are reserved specifically for you, payments are non-refundable once your appointment has been booked. 3. Rescheduling is permitted. If you are unable to attend your scheduled consultation, you may request one reschedule by contacting Luxury Hope Wear at least 24 hours before your appointment. The rescheduled appointment must be completed within 30 days of the original appointment date. 4. Late cancellations and missed appointments. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the appointment and missed appointments ("no-shows") are considered completed bookings and are not eligible for a refund or credit. If you are more than 15 minutes late, the consultation may be shortened or considered a no-show depending on the circumstances. 5. Internet/technology issues. Luxury Hope Wear is not responsible for a client's internet connection, device, email access, or other technical issues that prevent the client from attending. If a technical issue occurs on the Luxury Hope Wear side and prevents the consultation from taking place, we will work with you to reschedule the appointment. 6. What the consultation includes. Your payment is for the consultation service described on the booking page. It does not automatically include garment construction, alterations, patterns, materials, additional design work, or other services unless specifically stated in your booking description. 7. Communication. Please use the contact information provided by Luxury Hope Wear if you have a question, need to reschedule, or experience an issue with your appointment. We ask that clients contact us directly so that we have an opportunity to resolve any concerns regarding their purchase. 8. Payment disputes. By completing your purchase, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to these booking, cancellation, and refund terms. If you believe there has been an error with your payment or appointment, please contact Luxury Hope Wear directly so we can investigate and resolve the issue. 10. Agreement to Terms. By checking the agreement box and submitting payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to the Luxury Hope Wear Online Consultation Booking Policy.
