Cancellation Policy

By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and agree to the terms below. 1. Full payment is required at the time of booking to reserve your private sewing class. Your payment secures your scheduled date and time exclusively for you. 2. All sewing class payments are non-refundable once the class is booked. Because your appointment reserves dedicated instructional time, cancellations and missed appointments are not eligible for a refund. 3.One reschedule is permitted when requested at least 24 hours before your scheduled class. The new class must be scheduled within 30 days of the original appointment and is subject to availability. Requests made 24 hours before the class, same-day cancellations, or failure to attend the scheduled class may result in forfeiture of the class payment. 4. Please arrive or be ready to begin at your scheduled time. If you arrive late, your class will still end at the originally scheduled time. Arriving late does not extend the class or entitle you to additional instructional time. If you are more than 15 minutes late without contacting Luxury Hope Wear, the appointment may be considered a no-show and the class fee may be forfeited. 5. 1-on-1 sewing classes are instructional sessions designed to teach sewing techniques and skills based on the class selected. The instructor will provide guidance, demonstrations, and individualized instruction during the scheduled class time. Additional classes may be recommended if a project requires more time or instruction than included in the original booking. 6. For online classes, students are responsible for having a reliable internet connection, compatible device, and any required software or equipment. Technical difficulties caused by the student's equipment or internet connection do not automatically qualify for a refund. If a technical issue on the Luxury Hope Wear side prevents the class from being completed, the class will be rescheduled. 7. If you experience an issue with your booking, please contact Luxury Hope Wear directly so we have an opportunity to assist you before initiating a payment dispute. 8. By booking, you acknowledge that you have reviewed and agreed to this policy and understand that your payment reserves a specific date and time for your private instruction.
